A drunk civil servant driving government car GK 094T attached to the directorate of Criminal Investigations was captured in a video that was exclusively sent to Cyprian Nyakundi.
The drunk elderly man is heard telling the police officer that he can drive even when drunk because the car does not belong to them.
He also assaulted the officers
