Urgent Video: Mum destroys her kids' phones to 'Take role back as parent'

A video shared online shows a mother obliterating her teenage kids phones by blasting a bullet right through them.

The mum finishes off the phones by sledge-hammering them into smotherines.

The speech she gives on the effects of social media on her kids, is a very inspirational one. This can be any Kenyan parent, especially following the Nikita Consolata School issue that trended on social media for days.

This one stands out for me: The speech I hereby denounce, the effect of social media have on my children. There disobedience and their disrespect.

I also take back my role as a parent.

I refuse to be cursed.

I refuse to be disobeyed.

I TAKE BACK MY ROLE AS A PARENT.

My children's lifes are more important to me than any electronic on earth.

I refuse to have them influenced in a negative way; contacting people they don't know...Being involved in drama they don't need to be in...and being in trouble at school for having phones.
