This is because there’s an adjacent excavation that is undergoing near the building for Pinnacle Tower.
The National Construction Authority has been infirmed to investigate ad stop the construction but the government agency has been dragging its feet.
The mater is urgent!

As a concerned citizen, such deep excavations adjacent to the Mwalimu Sacco building is dangerous.
