Women Representatives in Kenya earn the same salary as Members of the National Assembly. According to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC), their pay structure is as follows:

  • Basic Salary – Ksh 426,000
  • House Allowance – Ksh 150,000
  • Market Adjustment – Ksh 134,000
  • Total Monthly Pay – Ksh 710,000

Apart from the monthly salary, they also receive mileage allowances, medical cover, and sitting allowances for committee meetings.
