A day after the post was published, the customer has now confirmed that the supermarket's customer care representatives reached out to him and replaced his contaminated food products. "Good evening Mr. President. This afternoon Tuskys customer care responded and asked for the goods to be taken back for replacement and thorough inspection of the damaged goods. As of Monday evening, I can confirm that the issue has been cleared and the Tuskys Supermarket at United Mall Kisumu has apologized and replaced the goods. Thank you very much for your help."
