A letter of appointment seen by CNYAKUNDI.COM shows that the struggling state corporation, New KCC engaging in tribalism in its appointments.
The letter dated 18th February, 2019, and signed by the Chief Manager HR & administration Dr. Magdalene Muthoka, appoints 6 human resource assistants from two tribes i.e. Kalenjins and Kikuyus. Seven months ago, this website exposed a tender scam at the corporation, where public procurement processes were flouted and Kes. 800 million stolen.
