Treasury CS Rotich Spends Night In Police Cells

Yesterday, after a warrant of arrest was presented for the arrests of over 25 people who were involved in the Kimwarer and Arror multipurpose dams scandal . National Treasury CS Henry Rotich and his Principal Secretary Kamau Thugge surrendered at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) offices.

They spent Monday night in police custody. A few months ago, this were untouchables.

Rotich has overseen the tripling of our national debt from 1.9 trillion to 5.4 trillion.
