Trade Union Writes To Besieged Posta Boss Daniel Kagwe Demanding A Remittal Of Statutory Deductions

Communication Workers Union Of Keya has written to Posta Kenya PMG Daniel Kagwe demanding the remittal of their members' statutory deductions totaling to Ksh 826,359,278.

The union went on to say that the delay was causing its members a lot of inconviniences including "prejudice and being blacklisted in the Credit Reference Bureau."

They have also given Mr Kagwe a stern warning that if the amounts are not remitted to relevant bodies by the end of December 2018, they will take further action and launc criminal complaints against the company and the PMG.
