Story · The Safaricom Investment Cooperative scam continues unabated

Safaricom Investment Co-operative

If one tries to search and find any good news about Safaricom Investment Cooperative, they’ll find none.

Devoid of the PR that its parent company has been on, Safaricom Investment Cooperative has had its scandals in the full glare of the media. There’s never been a good day, not one for the investors.

Not much can be said of Safaricom Plc either, it is PR and a lot of bullying and hypnosis that keeps the parent company afloat.

Cnyakundi.com has received another, of the many, complaints against Safaricom Investment Cooperative. A person that bought land at Stage 46 along Kangundo road is at pains.

“Kindly note that safaricom via their investment vehicle Safaricom Investment Cooperative ( @sicsafaricom ) continues to conceptualize, develop, marketand sell property deep in the boondocks well knowing such places are not connected to their network. Now we bought into this madness along Kangundo Road a place called Kantafu (stage 46)”, a Safaricom Investment Cooperative client wrote. You can imagine with coronavirus, working from home and all that, plus no network!”.

The client is wondering how can such a profitable (of scams) company promise heaven but deliver hell in terms of network coverage; one of its core business.

“Why would you, Safaricom market a property claiming the property is connected to power, water, road network yet your core business which is calls and data you can’t guarantee to their clients?,” the client wonders

It is not a recent occurrence as reports to fix the issues have fallen on deaf ears.

“We have reported for the last 4 years but all they do is give us the usual brouhaha of your query is being actioned”, he concludes
