The Incompetent Kisii University VC John Akama who loves Politics more Than Education Hello Cyprian, Kindly allow me to share the plight of part-time university lecturers.

In Kisii University Kisumu campus which was recently closed, I have never been paid even a single cent since 2015. I have appointment letters, taught my units fully, set examination and examined my students, I marked the scripts and surrendered everything up to making my claims for payment in the accounts office.

I have been following my payments till now empty promises and students pay school fees fully! Kisii university is just one among many exploiting part-time lecturers, Some of us sacrifice weekends and evenings to teach at the expense of enjoying our social life with our families.
