The Plight Of Britam Kenya Employees
Newsroom Updated 1 min read
A Britam Kenya staffer through an e-mail sent to CNYAKUNDI.COM has raised several grievances among them harassment, underpayment and being overworked by a management which they say has failed to listen to the workers' cries.
The staffer goes on to add that this has had a huge negative impact especially on employees at the CBD Branch who are working under a lot of pressure and stress.
They are now asking for relevant bodies to move in and seek answers from the management over this matter. “Hey Cyprian, Hope this finds you well.
Just to bring to your attention, I would like you to highlight the plight of BRITAM staff/workers who are being harassed at work and again they are understaffed and overworked with a management which doesn't want to address the plight of their workers. All their CBD branch workers are really under a lot of pressure and going through loads of stress...
Kindly bring this to the relevant bodies for this matter to be addressed once and for all.
Thank you Your Staunch follower.”
