The Illegalities At Light International Schools

I promised I will give you the what happens in light international school the headquarters in Karen.

1. There is this assistant manager who is also a director by the name Ramazan Akkilic who was the Principal of the Light International School. He is a very careless person who has flouted the contract and the laws of Kenya under the employment act; he gives little salary and his response to teachers is 'take or leave it'. He even makes some employees to work late without overtime payment while people from his country (Turkish) get paid on overtime.

1. The Turkish foreigners don't have right government documents like work permit, alien ID card, they hide in the school compound and their kids abuse Kenyans in their mother tongue.

1. They do manipulate Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) system, what ever they fill is different from what they get. Slavemasters and racist : Ramazan Akkilic

1. The appoint themselves to positions which they don't have any knowledge about.

1. When a Turkish student does a mistake no point are deducted from the student, but when a Kenyan student does the mistake his or her points are deducted within no time.

1. When an employee comes late even for 10 minutes, the salary is deducted, they never consider the overtime.

1. They never pay for the one month notice for leaving the work to a new organization.

1. They do go against the Kenya law with impunity.

It's hight time the government and parents know what goes on at this private school.
