Staff Complain Of Harassment At Ruaraka Uhai Neema Hospital

Staff at the Ruaraka Uhai Neema Hospital are complaining of harassment by their administrator Victor Abuor.

The Hospital, built by World Friends, operates in the north-east of Nairobi, and provides free, quality care for the poorest populations in the Korogocho, Babadogo, Soweto, Kariobangi and Mathare slums.

My names are {name withheld]. Am bringing to your attention that Ruaraka Uhai Neema hospital employees are being harassed by the administrator Victor Abuor.

This man has sacked employees with no reason sing he joined the institution. He has also put pressure to workers leading to massive resignation of employees.

He was also at one time found trying to practice nepotism by recruiting relatives and friends to positions in the hospital.

Hear our voices by exposing this rot to our donors, World Friends - Kenya , the Catholic Church ,  M inistry of Labor ,  any other organ that protects worker’s rights.

Victor Abuor, from what we know has worked in various institution like Shalom Hospital and many others.

He has been sacked on numerous occasion due to threatening staffs, sexual advancement to ladies so that they can secure employment.

The management of the hospital went ahead to hire this monster without digging deep to find out who he is.

Employees are working in fear not knowing what or if their jobs are secure under his leadership.

Expose this man through the agencies have mentioned because he has charmed the Italians who own the facility or we go the st mary’s hospital way to change the management.
