Help expose Grabo County Dream Hotel in Migori . There is nothing positive about this hotel at least not to the employees, from poor working conditions, low pay, delayed salaries, and unjustified dismissals.

The director of the hotel who is also a nominated MCA pale Migori County Assembly, Madam Grace Oyamo is one ungrateful perennial drunk who abuse employees once she is drunk. You will be dismissed in the hotel and the worst thing is they will not pay you once you have been dismissed.

Then there is this short angry girl called Diana she is the director’s spy in the hotel. She is one rude angry bitch who thinks she knows it all but actually ako na kichwa maji kama huyo director.

They deduct NHIF, NSSF but they either remit late or don’t remit at all, KRA should do their work. Salaries delay for months and the worst part is employees are always kept in the dark no updates no nothing.

Food handlers are always required to undergo health checks after three months asked any food handler in this hotel if they have ever gone for any health check LOL the answer will be no.

The worst part about delays in salaries is that the hotel receives massive business from NGOs, MoH, Migori County government among other organizations, but despite the business, the director still takes forever to pay employees.

I used to wonder why employees in this hotel steal petty things but after working there for there for sometimes, I did understand.

Kindly expose this rot and let all people who do business with Grabo County Dream Hotel know that they are frauds and should be kept away from, thanks El President.
