This has led to other bidders filling for a review at the PPRA. We have instances where agents are blocked from earning commissions in which the money is channelled out through the CEOs appointed agents. A case in example is where an existing agent for the last five years, and has an appointment from the client is being edged out of his business without express authority from the client and the CEO appointed his personal agent.
