School Children Spend Their Night In Bushes Over Gilgil Traffic
Newsroom Updated 1 min read
The reality that the Gilgil weigh-bridge is a big mess dawned on Kenyans yesterday after many Kenyans spent many hours in traffic.
Kenyans in social media have on the other hand demanded for the shut down or relocation of the Gilgil weigh-bridge since it has been a pain in the ass.
Those stranded included school going children who were headed home for the August holidays. They had to spend their night in the dangerous bushes.
Traffic officers were nowhere to be seen. KWS officers tried to help the situation, all to no avail.
Cyprian Nyakundi can also confirm that Illegal Police road blocks are back with a bang on the Nairobi Nakuru road even after an order by the IG banning that.
