Salary Delays At Wells Fargo Security Firm Hurts Guards

Motivation at Well Fargo Limited

Hello sir,

I'm with a heavy heart as I type this message. Well, I work will Wells Fargo LTD and there is a recurring tendency of delaying salary with intent each month.

Sometimes they may partially pay some guards by 1st then mute till date 10th or 13th.

You will find most clients affiliated to Wells Fargo usually deposit their checks by 15th of every month. Wells Fargo also has a formal agreement (signed contract) with guards that payment of salary shall not be beyond date 4 of each month.

This is a clause they have always violated with impunity.

We came to know the reason for the salary delays. There is a cartel that trades with our money in banks to earn interest in a short term period.

This has exposed guards who go to work on hungry stomach,

Most of us suffer the shame and anguish of having our rental houses locked by date 5th every month, coupled with daily transport problems etc.

So am kindly asking you to air our grievances on our behalf because all our plight have fallen on deaf ears.

This impunity at Wells Fargo must stop.
