Royal Mabati Becomes Disloyal To Customers

Kindly Expose Royal Mabati Factory in Athi River. They lie to customers in the pretence that they do free delivery countrywide then after you buy their products they no longer pick calls and weeks go by without any communication.

We are talking of purchases of more than 100k. I have the receipt that I have shared with you.

In fact, many Kenyans are complaining about this company, as per their Facebook page. A spot check on their page reveals many dissatisfied customers that the company has ignored.

I have attached my receipt.I bought their Mabati worth Ksh. 136,000 and they are acting as if am not a customer. My official names are Onesimus Kilonzo.

Purchase made on 30th August and should have been delivered after 48hrs. So many other customers are complaining.

Note: If Royal Mabati has fucked up with you please send your complaints so that we can push the authorities to do something against this rogue company.
