'Respect Kambas', Wavinya Ndeti Tells Raila

Machakos Governor seat seeker and former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti has lashed out at ODM Party leader Raila Odinga for likening Kambas to women.

In a video that went viral on Twitter, the ODM Party leader is seen comparing Kambas to loyal women who when they promise 'to give' often end up giving. 'Wakamba ni waaminifu, wao ni kama akina mama, wakisema watakupatia, watakupatia' The former Kathiani legislator replied by quoting the video with the follow words.

'Baba I'm very disappointed with your statement. Kambas are patient and loyal but we will not be taken for granted under any circumstance. We supported you for 10 years and you should respect my community'.

Wavinya Ndeti tried twice, in 2013 and 2017, to become Machakos Governor but failed.

She looks forward to 2022 to try a third time.

Raila was speaking during a campaign Rally in support of ODM Kibra candidate for National Assembly Imran Okoth.
