Racism at Asl ltd-trading division under Ramco group

Dear Cyprian, Thank you for this platform. In the above workplace,Indians don't share with Africans.They use different washrooms,Africans use different ones.There is no sharing of clocking in machines,Indians use a separate one from the Africans. There is allocation of company serviced cars to Indians irrespective of job title.Salary disparity is another area,indian form 4 leavers that can hardly express themselves earn 3 or 4 times the salary of an African with probably a degree and lots of experience. Lunch is usually cooked for the Asians while Africans are left to fend for themselves. Their tea is also cooked and served separately and earlier then the tea for Africans come way late. Racism is practiced so openly but African employees are afraid of speaking up fearing victimization. Working here with an open mind is a nightmare. Lets demand for respect and equality in our country!
