The Principal of Olare Secondary School in Homabay County, Rangwe sub-county, Kochia ward, Mrs. Rose Adhiambo and the chairman of Board of Management have embezzled funds that were meant for the construction of a dormitory

Then education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i was chief guest in the fundraiser.

Attached are the schools bank statement and copy of a cheaque under the name of the Principal.
