Principal Instigates Teacher's Arrest At St. Francis Kilala Secondary School

A police officer assaulted my sister, who is a student at a secondary school in Machakos county, in the school's principal’s presence.

She sustained serious injuries.

We reported the issue at the Ngomano police post, and then the office in charge referred us to Muthetheni police station.

They promised to follow up, but nothing has been done yet.

Not even summoning the principal, despite directly having a hand in it.

The name of the school is St. Francis Kilala Secondary School.

The name of the principal is Dorothy Mwikali.

She claimed she stole some money Sh100 belonging to some other student.

She also claimed that she broke into other students' boxes and other baseless claims that she couldn't substantiate.

Below is the police report. We strongly condemn such acts of mistreatment and urge relevant authorities to ensure they serve justice for the affected parties.
