Police Release Fresh Statement, Urge Kenyans To Stay Away From Riverside Drive As Steve Mbogo Chased From Scene
Newsroom Updated 1 min read
The National Police Service has released a fresh statement this morning, urging Kenyans, including politicians to stay away from Riverside Drive until told otherwise.
They also added that the Dusit Hotel and the area surrounding it was still an active crime scene still under security operation and that anyone not actively involved in the operation should stay away until further notice.
The statement contradicts Matiang'i's earlier communication where he declared the operation complete and the area fully secured.
In other News, Millionaire Wannabe Steve Mbogo was chased from Dusit, after Kenyans demanded to know under whose command he was at the terror attack scene. Police later gave him an option of leaving or being arrested.
