Police Cover-Up As Another Rogue Matatu Injures Pedestrian

Police are once again acting not for the benefit of keeping law and order in line with Utumishi kwa wote – serve all fairly but by taking bribe and bending the arc of justice.

Below is a case in point.

Good Morning Sir,

My friend (Kamau) was knocked by a matatu , KBU 455X at Pumwani round about on 10th April, 2019 at around 3 p.m.

The driver of that matatu from Neema Sacco didn’t have any document so they called another driver to act like he was the one driving the vehicle.

When my friend was being rushed to Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital hospital, he instructed his sister to remove the insurance sticker, so as to act as evidence that the said matatu indeed knocked him.

When they reported the mater at Pangani Police station, they were chased away.

The police at the station ordered them to go and bring the motorcycle Kamau was riding on when the accident occurred.

The police seem to have been bribed as they told the owner of the matatu , he should not worry so much about us since he had not given us the Occurrence Book (OB) number, until we bring the motorcycle.

We at this point decided to speak to the manager of that Sacco but nothing has been done to date.

If u are carried by BODA and u get an accident how can u provide that motorcycle?
