Photos: Rogue Contractor Leaves Raw Sewage Flowing Along Likoni Link Road

Thanks for the good and noble work you do.

Wanted to bring to your attention the state of the road in subject which was abandoned midway by the rogue contractor/county government leaving raw sewage flowing like the Yangtze River. The link road was way better before the works began and would have been left as such instead of it becoming a yardstick for poor workmanship. Please expose the state of the road. Attached please find the photos.
