Onjiko High School Accused Of Non-Payments Of TSC Teachers
Newsroom Updated 1 min read
Peter F.O. Auma, Principal of Onjiko High School
Hallo sir,
I need your help.
I was a teacher at Onjiko High School and I was luckily absorbed by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC); we worked up to April meaning we were entitled to April Salary.
However, up to now, the bursar Regis Otieno and the school's principal a Mr. Peter Auma, have refused to pay me and 6 other colleagues.
This is violation of our rights despite us clearing with them.
They even deducted items that we lost from that salary but they have refused to pay us the balance. It's not the first time they are doing this.
The bursar even deducts NSSF, but doesn't remit the money.
We are suffering.
In December, 2018, this same administration sacked Boards of Management (BOM) teachers without notice and failed to pay them in lieu.
The bursar no longer picks our calls nor answer the messages.
This extra county school is performing poorly, it is also being run like private property.
Please help us.
Expose this rot in Onjiko High school.
