One Person Confirmed Dead From The Odeon Cinema Explosion

An explosion was reported this evening around Odeon Cinema in Nairobi.
It is believed the unknown package contained an IED device.
The explosion happened along Latema Road.
A man believed to be of Somali origin is reported to have hired a small mkokoteni to carry a box containing an IED device.
One person has been seriously injured.
The victim has now been confirmed dead.
Anti-terror police and bomb experts have arrived in the area.
