I am a service man at NYS Headquarters, Ruaraka. We are really suffering and the Director General madam Matilda Sakwa keeps giving us fake promises that our pending allowances which are now over Kshs. 26,000 will be sent to our bank accounts both at National Bank of Kenya (NBK) and Postbank.

Kindly note that since our allowances were increased from 500 to 1500 in August 2018 by CS madam Sicily Kariuki, we've only received our monthly pay once that was in May.

Please keep a close eye on this.

We're suffering and no one seems interested in intervening.
