NTSA Systems And Staff Are Crooked

Dear Mr. Nyakundi,

I wish to draw your attention to the ongoings at National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) offices regarding issuance of driving license.

I applied for driving license a month ago at NTSA Likoni road. However, there was no communication so when I went to check, the officers were not bothered, they are not even willing to tell you when to collect it so it's like walking looking for a job.

I thought I am the only youth and one frustrated. But I realized that many people are complaining on the Facebook and nothing seems to change.

When government services are delayed like they are doing, they want people to start bribing like what was happening with birth certificates.

CS for Transport should try to streamline backlog at NTSA Likoni road. I don't know much about Upper Hill office but I can assure you that some Kenyans holding government jobs are using their positions in a manner that is annoying and frustrating. Photos .
