This is even after the government Ordered no increment of fees whatsoever. They sent the text after the students had reported for the third term. The message is from 0726309353.

TO ALL Parents NGHS, Following PA Executive meeting on 25th July. Class Reps NOTED an acute shortage of teachers (38 Tsc out of required 74). They RESOLVED that parents be requested to pay Ksh 2000/PER TERM with EFFECT From September 2018 for BOM Teachers. Payments made through Class Rep. CHAIRPERSON P.A.
