Following your exposé on the impunity of Laikipia Governor Nderitu Muriithi, the man who seem to be drunk with power, has now intensified harassment and persecution of the business of people opposing his illegalities.

The Governor have enlisted officers from Interior ministry that have embarked on brutal operation to silence businesspersons who have refused to comply with the unlawful demands.

It's either you bribes the county officials or your business is closed down with immediate effect, a copy of the close down letter, which is being used is attached.

The chief officer administration Mr. Charles Muiruri is the governor right-hand man. All the bribes are channelled through a complex chain but he's the one who decides what you will pay.

Many business people are suffering as their only source of livelihood is being threatened by this rogue administration.

The DCI should investigate this matter.

The county assembly which is supposed to unlock the stalemate has been silence all the time, watching their constituents being molested.
