National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority Paralyzed by a Fugitive Actg CEO Eng. Sammy Mburu

It has been a month since the DCI issued orders to arrest and prosecute the Actg CEO Eng Sammy Mburu for misappropriation of funds at Lake Victoria Water Services Board vide DCI letter dated 24th September 2019.

CEO NATIONAL WATER HARVESTING AND STORAGE AUTHORITY Eng Sammy Mburu is on the run and still holding the position of the Actg CEO which he operates with his kitchen cabinet to siphon as much tax payers money as he can. He enjoys the protection of MWI cabinet secretary and his relative the PS Irungu.

As all this is happening the Chairman and Board of Directors have failed to observe the chapter 6 of the constitution which has affected the operations of the Authority. Where is the DCI officers as it has become a cat and mouse game with Eng. Sammy Mburu.

Are the hands of the Chairman and Board of Directors greased as there has been no appointment of a new Actg CEO as Eng. Sammy Mburu by law is NOT supposed to hold any office
