The National Bank of Kenya early November 2018 set up a team to probe the leakage of some emails to the editor of this website after we received confidential emails of a woman that was at loggerheads with senior management over her husband's death. In the emails, the lady, who is also an employee at the troubled bank, it was deduced that she was lamenting about the bank's insensitivity that led ton the death of her husband after he was transferred to the North-Eastern region. The husband was later killed but the bank refused to pay benefits to the lady in question.
