Muthaiga Square: William Ruto-Linked Money Laundering Real Estate Firm Accused Of Shoddy Projects

Nearly all politicians in Kenya have partnered with shadowy Indians who run nondescript real-estate firms, whose work is to launder proceeds of crime stolen from public coffers and diverted into real-estate.

With every political cycle comes a new crop of new millionaires hailing from the Indian community. During the Kibaki era we had the likes of Devki Steel Mills who was the chief money laundered of Kibaki's stolen money.

Now we have another Indian who is said to have partnered with William Ruto, to build massive buildings like NextGen Mall, Muthaiga Square and the likes. CAPTION: These are some of the high-end buildings owned by the Indian launderer of William Ruto's proceeds of crime. They're being accused of poor workmanship, horrible finishing, substandard works, Chinese fittings and overall deception between what they promise versus what they deliver.

Like in Kiambu County for instance, a development linked to this group called Gateway, is said to be the worst place to live in. The windows were not fitted with rubber linings thus let in dust exposing children to diseases. Only 1 lift is operation and it breaks down every week forcing poor residents to scale up to 10 floors. There is no functioning CCTV and the electric fence isn't functional too. Such deceitful adverts should be banned and the owners of this building arrested and charged for defrauding the public through lies and deceit. They are also said to have acquired a substandard elevator from a tenderprenuer, which breaks down every week. They promised their tenants a functional gym and swimming pool, but 1 year down the line, the two amenities have not been completed. Their CCTV cameras have also never been installed.

And then their back-up generator is always empty on fuel, and thus power blackouts leave the entire premises exposed.

Residents who predominantly are Indians are constantly complaining about the facility, and the irony is that a fellow Indian is shafting them. They're up in arms because they pay a whopping Kshs. 5,000 monthly for services and amenities not rendered.

It is very rare to hear of an incident where one Indian is screwing his fellow people, which shows you that narcissists are only interested in themselves and not the community.
