Motorist Slaps Police Officer At Mutindwa

This morning, a motorist slapped a traffic police officer for asking for a bribe.

The motorist who was incensed by the continuous request for bribes by the police officer rebuked the officer to respect his work.

'You always ask for Kshs. 50 every time I pass here, yet I have done nothing wrong,...tell me what traffic offence I have committed so as to give you the money?', the motorist charged.

The police officer didn't listen and continued to press for the bribe. This is when the irate motorist slapped the officer hard across the face.

Bystanders laughed as the police officer was seen rubbing his face to sooth the pain, while walking away.
