More DTB Staffers Narrate Their Suffering Under The Terrorism Linked Bank

Guys really suffer in silence. Sycophancy thrives well so if you are not a sycophant of the big gals and boys up there you are doomed.

The branch managers bootlick these big people by colluding and firing staff over very tiny issues without prior warnings. You are literally forced to resign.

And they tell it on your face that if you don't resign they will fire you and you won't get any recommendation.

There is a guy in the head office called Benson Musembi, he colludes with branch managers to maliciously target certain staff perceived as a threat to the branch or those not bootlicking.

Something should be done about these issues especially racism at various DTB branches.
