Misuse of School Property: A Case Of St. Joseph Ongicha Secondary School

The attached picture shows a school bus which was recently misused.

St. Joseph Ongicha Secondary School hired out their bus to goons all the way to Matibo Nyaribari Masaba to come and demarcate land by force.

There were about 30 goons with pangas and spears.

The land they came to subdivide has a case pending from 2001 between my father and his brother Andrew Nyakundi.

In short ask the principal of this school whether he is aware the bus carried goons to Matibo on 16th August 2019 at around 11:00 am to go and commit a crime.

Is he aware the community wanted to burn the school bus, when it parked at Oteri ya Abuga market, but opted to take photos and pass to relevant authority?
