Mistreatment, Underpayment & Nepotism Exposed At The Masai Technical Training Institute

I am not sure if you will be able to investigate the rotten culture at Masai Technical Training Institute. The principal misuses staff and doesn't recognize the professionals. But he remunerates people who are attached to him very well like his circles and family.

I, for example, have a certificate, diploma, and degree, and my salary hardly hits Ksh. 13,000 thousand a month after deductions.

There are drivers, casuals, sweepers, watchmen are paid more than degree holders. People on contract suffers more. Kindly chip in to look more into this issue and make it even open as the county isn't aware of this!
