Mismanaged African Nazarene University Lays-off 90 Staff In Cost-Cutting Drive

The African Nazarene University (ANU) has lais off 90 staff through a later dated 16th October, 2019.
The letter which nyakundireport.com has reveived, titled Restructuring of African Nazarene University, marked Confidential and written by the acting Human Resources Director Charles Opeyio Ngema, gives the redundancy notice due to a reorganisation, effective 15th November, 2019. The letter converted to text Following ANU decision to restructure the university as outlined in my announcement to the employees during, the community meeting held on 2nd and 3rd of September 2019 at the main campus in Rongai and at the Nairobi CRT) Campus respectively; and the letter to you dated 19th September 2019. I wish to further inform you that your current post has been impacted by the reorganization exercise and our efforts to redeploy you elsewhere in the new organization structure have not been successful. Regrettably your services will no longer be required by ANU.
This letter serves as note of the intended termination on account of redundancy effective from 15th November 2019. Details of your final dues will be communicated later.
