Story · 'Meza Wembe', Otiende Amollo Response To Twitter User In Bare Knuckles Twitter War Over BBI

Twiter in Kenya is mostly about who abuses the other better and gets most likes or retweets, at least when it comes to politics.

Following the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) rally in Kakamega at Bukhungu Stadium, much has been said on Twitter.

The Tangatanga and Kieleweka groups seem to be hell-bent on taking Kenyans where we were in 2007/2008 after the elections. No lesson has been learnt and instead of nay group supporting or even discussing issues such as Truth Justice and Reconciliation (TJRC) report, they are both discussing who should be the president after Uhuru Kenyatta.

It is a despicable scene.

No side is even trying to make any agenda about Kenyans. Uhuru, Raila and Ruto are all serving selfish interests.

Earlier in the day, usually calm lawyer Otiende Amollo updated his Twitter handle with pictures and captions about the BBI meeting in Kakamega. A twitter user, GKangi engaged him. They exchanged for a few and on the most important part where the Rarieda MP was asked why BBI meetings are not about taking citizens views as earlier promised, the MP replied 'Mwony wembe', in Luo which translates to Meza Wembe in swahili or you can swallow a razor blade.
