Meet the lawyer that'll divide wealth among late President Daniel Moi's children

High Court Judge Aggrey Muchelule on October 9th 2020 gave the go ahead to Zehrabanu Janmohammed to execute the late president Daniel Arap Moi's will.

This oaves the way for distribution of billions worth of Moi's estate in the next six months.

Who is Zehrabanu Janmohammed?

Ms Zehrabanu, a lawyer by profession, is a non-executive director of Standard Group Plc, a firm linked to the Moi's. She's been at that role since July 2007. Zehrabanu Janmohammed

According to Reuters, Zehrabanu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Barrister at Lincolns Inn (UK) with over twenty (20) years legal practice experience. She is a partner at Archer & Wilcock Advocates. She is Member of the Finance and Audit Committee, and Member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
