Mary Help Hospital In Thika Refuses To Refund Patient's Money Despite Being Covered By A Health Insuarance

Hello Nyakundi.

Please highlight the rot in Mary Help Hospital in Thika. I am a member of AON medical scheme. My wife Catherine was admitted on the 30th of September 2018 at around 2 a.m.

I paid Ksh. 4,100 in cash but after accessing the system they realized that I am a member of both AON and NHIF and therefore they agreed to refund Ksh. 4,100 which I had paid in cash.

After her discharge two days later, they have now changed the story. Now they have been telling me that they will call me and they never bother to call yet it's a catholic connected. What a shame? What a rot? Please help to pass the message. Their accountant is a rotten guy.
