The ODM Party Candidate Bernard Otieno Okoth alias Imran Okoth says he's received a congratulatory message from his main challenger Jubilee's MacDonald Mariga.
'I'm humbled to have received a congratulatory call from @MarigaOfficial . That’s the spirit of politics. I promise to move forward with every interested party for the good of our people. God bless Kibra', Imran wrote on his social media pages.
Early results showed Okoth ahead of Mariga by twice the number of votes.
