Lawyer Nzamba Kitonga accused

Top lawyer and former member of the Committee of Experts (CoE) on the 2010 constitution Nzamba Kitonga has been accused of high-handedness.

The constitutional lawyer, Mr Kitonga allegedly owns a rental apartment Delight Court in Rongai, that is managed by an agent, Njihia Muoka Rashid Company limited.

Despite the global economic downturn that has also affected Kenya, Nzamba's agent is accused of harassing a tenant at the apartment.

The rogue agent has disconnected water and electricity supply to the house.

Gitonga's agent has refused to reconnect the water and electricity supply despite a court order to do so.

"I know you read my story on Facebook, and to be very brief, these guys have still refused to reconnect the water. Being defiant of Court Orders. I got cancer and a young baby, two months old. Also, their rent statements are incorrect, some monies missing which we proved to Court via MPESA Statements", the tenant stated.

In court documents seen by nyakundireport.com, Nzamba shouts loudly about constitutionalism and the rule of law yet he cannot reign in on his agents.

"In fact, I even called him in person to tame his rogue agents but instead told me to deal with his agents directly", the tenant further revealed.
