KRA Boss Nicholas Kinoti Pays Ksh. 10M Bribe To Avoid Arrest By EACC

Cyprian, As the ongoing corruption purge is intensified, a prominent corrupt KRA Deputy Commissioner in Mombasa Nicholas kinoti is facing impending arrest for his involvement in Ethanol smuggling at the Customs warehouse Kilindini and seeking hefty bribes to facilitate nomination from CFS Operators. Kinoti is expected to be arrested anytime but recently bribed coast EACC Boss Japheth Baithalu who hails from the same community. Kinoti paid 10M kshs to cover up and sacrifice junior officers. Kinoti has been incorporated as a shareholder in one of the CFS next to inland container depot Nairobi. Kinoti has been blackmailing CFS operators in Mombasa to part with 5M each to facilitate nomination to handle long stay containers outside the Port. He has amassed a multi billion wealth portfolio both in Kenya and Dubai. Even the current lifestyle Audit being done on junior KRA officers is not extended to Kinoti as he is perceived to be close to current Commissioner General Githii Mburu. No one dares touch Kinoti as he boasts big connections to Jubilee politicians All are watching to see if Kinoti will be charged or he will continue with his impunity.
