KQ Staffers Breaking Into Customers Bags
Newsroom Updated 1 min read
Kenya Airways staffers have been linked to a cartel breaking into passengers bags, looting and walking away free men.
There have been many complaints, with the management ignoring them and doing nothing despite the seriousness of the matter.
According to insiders from KQ, complaints of bags being broken into and valuables being stolen are common with KQ nowadays.
Here is a complaint we got from one Kenyan.
" Hi Nyakundi. Look at how my suitcase lock was broken by KQ staff as I checked in from Nairobi to Kisumu.
I registered my complaint with their office immediately I collected my bag.
Lucky me it was filled with the clothes I used during my one week visit to Dar-es-salaam. Shame them for me." One affected Kenyan wrote to us
Something must be done to stop this shame. Apart from delaying flights, KQ has now become notorious in breaking into people's bags.
