KK security guards

There are youth who were employed in KK security as sales agents for a period of 3 months contract, the agreement was (per signed documents /contract) salary 15k and transport allowance of 5k per month =20k.
READ: Video: Controversial Security Firm KK Security Guard Assaults Kenyan This is the 3rd month and the last of their contract and whatever they signed is totally different from what they take home for the last 2 months, the payslip have seen from one of the employees indicates that 5k is being deducted minus any explanation "8 days recovery," 5 days recovery" and no one in the office is explaining to them why 5k is being deducted after every month.
Is this how private entities want to handle youth in this country?
