Kisii University Extorting 'Rich' Students

Hello Cyprian,

There is a terrible fraud going on at Kisii University. Student portal is being used to lock students out of examinations and are then told to pay Kshs. 17000 each for special exams.

The system selects upgrading students whom they know are working and can easily pay the cash.

Currently, all Students pursuing bachelors in Clinical Medicine (all academic years) were locked out and have been asked to prepare for special exams upon payment of the above penalty fee.

The attached memo was issued yesterday by the university.q

Despite our numerous attempts during the course of the semester the portal remained closed for the students.

Exams starts on 30th June.
