Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is a corrupt institution.

Today, the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury Henry Rotich has appointed James Githii Mburu to replace long time crook KRA Commissioner General John Njiraini, whose tenure has been unnecessarily extended to give him some time to hide his loot and those of his cronies.

By this appointment, President Uhuru Kenyatta has ensured that the war on corruption is defeated.
