After Pevans East Africa Limited aka SportPesa and Gamecode Limited aka Betin announced today that they'll be ending operations in Kenya due to high taxes, Kenyans On Twitter celebrated the news with gusto.
Gambling has been detrimental to the health of the minds of youths who think that there is a shortcut to riches.
Oppressed youths, instead of holding the government accountable for lack of jobs, they recoil to gambling, alcohol and sex. Better use the provisions of article 37 of the constitution to change your lives, dear Kenyan youths.
Good riddance to SportPesa and Betin.
